Returns Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
The product(s) you are returning must be in a fully resalable condition i.e. unopened and unused in their original packaging with tags and seals intact, in order for us to process your return.
In the first instance, please obtain a Returns Number (RN) by using the (RN) Request on the home page or by contacting our customer services team via email [email protected].
Once you have obtained your Returns Number (RN) from us by email, please complete your Returns Form (found in your original parcel) and enclose in the parcel with the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have a Returns Form, you can print one here.
Please note:
We regret that Returns received without the Returns Form, the Returns Number, or outside the 14 day period cannot be processed.
We will not provide a refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. If the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. We will notify you if we are unable to accept and process your return and you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Customers wishing to return Perfume items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by Royal Mail.
- International – not allowed in the mail.
- UK (mainland only) allowed in the mail, see restrictions and packaging guidelines.
- Volume per parcel must not exceed 150 ml.
- No more than four items in any one parcel.
- Must be sent in its original packaging, placed in strong outer packaging and cushioned to prevent breakage.
- An ID8000 label must be applied (obtainable from the Post Office counter).
- The sender’s name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging.
- These items must be presented at a Post Office counter to be weighed and labelled.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
All of our products are quality checked before dispatch and should arrive with you in perfect condition. However, if your product is faulty or damaged please return to us within 14 days of receipt, we will replace the goods or refund your payment as appropriate. If returning goods that are incorrect, please return without removing the packaging, tags or seals.
Proof of Postage
We recommend posting your returns using a Royal Mail recorded/tracked service. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return the item(s) to us and make sure you keep a copy in the event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost/damaged in transit.
Proof of Purchase
All online customers will receive a proof of purchase email when their order has been dispatched. Please retain proof of purchase. The Buyer is responsible for returns postage unless an item is faulty.
How Refunds are paid
When returning goods please allow up to 14 working days from the date your return is processed to receive your refund. The refund will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back in a resalable condition.
